All flagship alkaline water machines qualify for 100% Free Shipping & Transit Insurance across all serviceable pin codes in India.

Replacement Filters & Parts

Standard Shipping Charges

Free shipping on filter cartridge orders above ₹1,999. A flat nominal shipping fee of ₹150 applies to minor accessory orders below this value.

2. Estimated Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

All orders are dispatched from our primary fulfillment facility in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh[cite: 14]:

3. White-Glove Doorstep Installation

Because water ionizers require water-line connection and TDS calibration, every machine is covered under our White-Glove Installation Program:

  • Within 24 hours of delivery, our installation support desk contacts you to schedule an engineer visit at your preferred date and time.
  • A certified Swaastik technician completes plumbing hookup, power verification, and live pH/ORP droplet testing directly in your kitchen.
  • You receive an in-person orientation on digital button modes, cleaning cycles, and filter maintenance.

4. Order Tracking & Transit Damage Guarantee

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you receive an automated SMS and WhatsApp update containing your AWB Tracking Number and direct courier tracking link.

100% In-Transit Insurance: In the rare event of transit damage or package mishandling, do not worry. Simply report it to our customer care within 48 hours with an unboxing video, and we will issue an immediate replacement unit at zero additional cost[cite: 14].
