1.3 Swaastik Fit India Enterprises agrees to deliver merchandise ordered by you only at locations specified in the Order Confirmation Form. Delivery of merchandise or services outside India is not supported.

4.1 We strive to provide the most competitive and transparent pricing on all water ionizers and filtration equipment. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified during checkout.

4.2 You agree to provide valid, accurate payment details (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) via approved secure payment gateways (such as Razorpay). You must use your own legally issued payment instruments.

4.3 Swaastik Fit India Enterprises accepts no liability for transactions declined due to limits exceeded or authentication failures with the acquiring bank.

6.1 All content on this Website—including machine designs, texts, graphic user interfaces, photographs, logos, registered trademarks, icons, sound, artwork, and software code—is owned and controlled exclusively by Swaastik Fit India Enterprises®.

7.3 Our total liability under any claim arising out of your purchase shall be strictly capped at the actual amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

8.2 Any dispute, legal difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or orders placed on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive legal jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi / Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
